Hello Everyone,
No news yet from the courts. The magistrate imposed the deadline on himself and we're wondering if he could have meant "working days" which would put the date of his expected response more toward the end of February. Who knows. We can only hope.
We had a great visit with Brandon on his 30th birthday Saturday. A friend of his from junior high/high school came to visit. They had a so much fun catching up. Brandon hadn't seen Tony since they were kids. Brandon's Mom and Stepdad were there with us too. We laughed a lot and gave Brandon big hugs from us and everyone.
A few people have posted to the blog that they would like to have Brandon's address. We'd be glad to send it to you if you would write to us at freebh@@brandonhein.com. Tell us who you are and we'll reply back with his address.

Brandon's 30th birthday

Brandon will be 30 years old on February 17. It doesn't seem possible. He had just turned 18 when this all happened. We were hoping he would enjoy at least some of his twenties on the outside and still we remain hopeful. We will prevail.
Still no news from the courts. Be assured that as soon as we hear anything, we will update this blog so you will all know too.
