New Development in Brandon's Case

In May Brandon's attorney, William Genego, filed a 65-page rebuttal to the District Court's denial to the last appeal. He has been notified that he and the attorneys representing Jason, Micah and Tony have all been granted their requests to give oral arguments to the court on June 25th.

This will give the attorneys a chance to clarify their arguments and answer any questions the court may have. These requests are rarely granted so we are cautiously hopeful that the court may be willing to reconsider their decision.
